Meet our Founder
For over a decade, Kim has navigated life with a multiple sclerosis diagnosis - an experience that has shaped her perspective on resilience, nourishment, and the power of daily habits. Her lived experience inspires an inclusive, encouraging approach that meets people where they are and helps them move forward with confidence in their daily choices. Kim has been the owner of The Habit Project since 2022 - a premium local wellness space offering the highest quality cold-pressed juice, nutrient-dense foods, and curated wellness products. With training in holistic nutrition, yoga, and a Master’s in Leadership, she brings a thoughtful, whole-life approach to everything she creates. Whether she’s guiding a class, curating a menu, or holding space in community, Kim believes in celebrating progress and building a life that feels good from the inside out.
