FAQs
You can find us right on the east shore of Mill Lake, just off the board walk, next door to Kariton Art Galley (the bright red building). Because we’re located inside Mill Lake Park, you can’t see the front of the cafe from the road. You can enter the parking lot from Ware Street, right between the cafe and the art gallery. If you find yourself in the traffic circle of what looks like a residential condo building, you may have found the right building (Laurel) but you’re in the wrong location! Exit the traffic circle and turn right onto Ware street. You’ll then make an immediate right turn to enter a parking lot. We are located on the lakeside of the Laurel building, facing the park path.
Our lakeside classes all take place in the fresh air of Mill Lake Park! Movement in the fresh air has been shown to reduce stress, boost mood, and improve overall health, so it’s the perfect space to ground yourself in nature and recharge your body. You can check in for your wellness class just steps from our cafe patio. Just look for the Wellness Club sign.
Always bring a mat and water bottle with you to all yoga, breathwork, pilates and bodyweight fitness classes.
We offer limited indoor seating, but we intentionally designed the space with outdoor enjoyment in mind. In addition to our spacious outdoor patio, you’ll find plenty of green space to relax and unwind, with picnic tables and benches scattered throughout the park. It’s all about embracing the fresh air and connecting with the natural beauty of Mill Lake Park!
We take food allergies seriously and always do our best to accommodate them. While we are completely gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, seed oil-free, and peanut-free, we do use a variety of tree nuts in our cafe, so cross-contamination with these nuts is highly likely. To help, we offer a selection of nut-free, pre-packaged items for sale. If you have any specific concerns, please don’t hesitate to let us know, and we’ll do our best to make adjustments for your needs.
Yes, gift cards can be purchased and redeemed at both locations! If you have an old pink Habit Project gift card, it can also be used at Habitual and The Habit Project. Two amazing wellness spaces, one easy card!
